These terms govern access to ErmisAI as a newsroom workflow product for monitored coverage, writing, review, and delivery.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ErmisAI. ErmisAI is operated by Entro314 Labs PC. By using ErmisAI, you agree to these terms.
ErmisAI is an editorial-assist platform for monitored source intake, synthesis, writing, editorial review, and delivery. ErmisAI is not the customer's final publishing CMS, and it does not create publishing or redistribution rights by itself.
Customers are responsible for the users they invite into their tenant, the roles they assign, and the actions taken through those accounts. Customers must keep credentials secure and use the service only through authorized users.
Customers may not use ErmisAI to:
ErmisAI may use AI systems for clustering, synthesis, compose flows, and refinement. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Customers remain responsible for editorial review, publication decisions, attribution, and legal compliance, especially on sensitive topics.
Customers retain their rights in the material they submit to ErmisAI, subject to the rights needed for the service to process and deliver that material. Customers must have the rights required to upload, process, localize, publish, or redistribute any content they use with ErmisAI.
Any separate publisher license, syndication term, or partner distribution right must be set out in a distinct agreement. A software subscription does not imply broader content rights.
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected by the customer or the commercial agreement signed with the customer. Plan limits may include story volume, monitoring scope, workspace access rules, or other entitlement rules enforced by the product.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods - monthly unless the commercial agreement says otherwise - at the price in effect at renewal, until they are cancelled. Price changes and capacity recalibrations are announced at least 30 days before the renewal they apply to.
A subscription can be cancelled at any time from Settings, Billing inside the product: the same medium it was bought in, with no phone call, letter, or retention conversation required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, the workspace keeps working until then, and no further charge is made. Cancelling stops billing; it does not erase the workspace - the data portability and exit page describes how to take the data out and how deletion follows.
ErmisAI may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, legal risk, security incidents, abuse, or material breach of these terms. Customers may stop using the service subject to their subscription or contract obligations.
ErmisAI may update product features, integrations, or supported workflows over time. Nothing on the site guarantees that a future feature, rights structure, or integration will be available unless it is part of a signed agreement.
ErmisAI is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. ErmisAI does not warrant that AI-assisted output is accurate, complete, lawful to publish in every context, or fit for a particular editorial use case without human review.
To the extent permitted by law, ErmisAI and Entro314 Labs PC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the service. If a separate written agreement sets different liability terms, that agreement controls.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Athens, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
